The brownfield development comprised of constructing upgrading old colonial era workers housing and adding two new floors to create a mixed use development comprising 80 studio apartments targeting entry level professionals.

The development is supported by 21 commercial units with street level access and has been designed by Triad Architects, a leading regional architectural firm.

The project is yet another example of ACP’s work in gentrification of neglected suburbs while earning attractive returns for its investors.

Completion of the development is slated for mid 2016
