ACP specialises in developing customised syndications, structuring investment vehicles, raising debt and equity capital and managing the investment into and divestment from real estate projects.

All projects in which ACP participates are subject to an underwriting process involving rigorous due diligence coupled with active management throughout the project development cycle so as to maximise investment performance.

Real Estate Investment Management

Since full time operations commenced in September 2006, ACP has transacted in 3 separate platforms focused on building sustainable value for our investors through niche property investment.

ACP has successfully invested more than Kshs 1.6 billion of capital with the backing of retail and institutional investors from within Kenya and across Africa, Europe and North America.

Our investment management services provide our investors with access to teams who have specific market sector insight and a deep understanding of local regulations which helps control the risks and operational challenges within the niche sectors that we invest in.
