James Kaniaru

James has over 20 years experience gained from working in the building industry and financial services sector across East, West and Southern Africa. He has overall responsibility for ACP’s strategic direction and is actively involved in executing the firms investment and financial strategy and in building and maintaining investor relationships. 

James holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi and has been awarded the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.

Susan Wanjahi

Susan has been at ACP since 2007 and has overall responsibility for ACP’s administrative functions, documentation and compliance. She also assists in the management of investor communications and relations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree from the Kenya Methodist University and a Diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.

Michael Njagah

Michael has over 10 years experience in architecture design and project management having worked on a diversified range of projects from hotel and leisure to commercial and residential developments. He joined ACP in 2012 and assists in the origination, structuring and execution of construction projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (with Honours) degree from the University of Nairobi and is a registered Architect.
